Missing Tabatha

So yesterday our family went through a fright. I know now what goes through someones mind when their child goes missing. Tabatha likes to ride her bike in the garage, since I don't have eyes everywhere I don't let her go anywhere with out me. She had gone off from the garage over to the park, two house down, or to the pool area, across the street. Yesterday my husband phoned me at work to ask if Tabatha has ever left the garage and where she goes. I explained she has and she goes to the park or pool area. He said she is not there. I asked if he has looked everywhere in the townhouses. He explained she was definitely not in the townhouses. I asked how long she had been missing and he explained about 15 minutes. She had finished dinner early and gone out to, she calls it practice her bike, he finished eating, cleaned up the girls and went out to check on her. The garage door was open and she was no where to be seen, along with her bike. He was now scouring the whole foxboro community looking for her. I suggested we phone the police, since this was not like my daughter. He made me phone the police. I dialed 911 and told them my daughter has been missing for about 15-20 minutes. They asked from what city, I said North Salt Lake. she then transferred me to the Salt Lake Police, which then had to transfer me to North Salt Lake police. They asked my address, phone number, how long she was missing, what she was wearing(I also told them about her purple princess bike) and how old she was. They then sent out the police. I was still at work and Cody called me back sobbing, saying she is gone, she is gone. I then started sobbing, because this is not like my husband, I immediately left work at 6:30pm. Crying all the way home and thoughts you may imagine going through my head. I was dialing my Mother, I don't even know how I drove without dying. Almost home I got a call from the Bountiful police, saying they have found a little girl and are trying to verify if it was her, they asked me her name and I told them. They said she was at the lifeline building, which is about a mile or so from our house, I thought instantly that it was her. I explained I was right by there and they directed me there. By the door was Tabatha's bike, I was ecstatic. Tabatha was alive. There were three cop cars there and they followed me home, to make sure I was alright. Cody was angry and rejoiceful all at the same time. I called my Mother, she had called my whole family and they were on their way to come search, she was grateful and would phone all of them back and tell them the good news. I am in awe and it is kinda surreal to me still. I am glad my Tabatha is alive and is back with us. We had long talks that night.
